In early March of each year, the Whidbey Gardening Workshop provides classes for gardeners of all skill levels and interests. Over the years, the Workshop has developed a regional reputation for its offering of in-depth education for the casual as well as avid gardener.
March 15, 2025
The Whidbey Gardening Workshop invites you to a full day of focused classes, panel sessions, hands-on learning, and a gardening Marketplace.
Throughout the day, attendees can visit the vibrant Marketplace for free gardening demonstrations, a bookstore with book signings by our instructor/authors, and local vendors with exciting products for your garden and gift-giving.
The 2025 Workshop explores many avenues of gardening. Our Keynote speakers, Kelly Dodson and Sue Milliken will present the story and work behind Far Reaches Botanical Conservancy.
The Whidbey Gardening Workshop is the major fundraising event of the Island County Master Gardener Foundation, which exists to support the Master Gardener program of Whidbey and Camano Islands. Funds raised make it possible for Master Gardeners to carry out our mission to provide the community with education in science-based gardening and environmental stewardship.
If you would like to be among the first to learn about plans for the 2025 Workshop, add your name to the mailing list via the Workshop website, Whidbeygardening.org.
Detailed information on classes and activities will be available on the Workshop website in mid-November.
